At twenty-two years old, Angelo Peraza graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate. Having grown up around the real estate business, Angelo developed an early understanding of the industry and the responsibility that comes with guiding clients through major financial decisions. Today, he works full-time as a Realtor, holds his California Real Estate Broker’s License, and is also a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Since beginning his career, Angelo has helped more than 70 families and counting buy and sell real estate throughout San Diego County. His background across both real estate and lending gives him a broader perspective when evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and helping clients understand the financial side of their decisions.

Angelo’s approach is rooted in understanding that no two clients—and no two transactions—are the same. Whether he is helping a buyer navigate financing and competition or guiding a seller through pricing, preparation, and negotiation, he brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to every transaction.
