Founder of Peraza Real Estate
At the young age of twenty-five, Leslie Peraza invested in her first townhome in San Diego. Leslie did not realize this at the time, but this would be the first stepping stone of her long love and passion of her career in real estate.
In 2003, Leslie Peraza launched her career as a full-time realtor. Since then, Leslie is grateful to have been able to help over 700 hundred families buy or sell in San Diego County. From contingent sellers to first-time home buyers, Leslie has seen it all. Leslie prides herself on her strengths in negotiations. When it comes to getting a deal accepted, Leslie is known for bridging the gap and doing whatever it takes to make the deal happen.
Prior to being a team lead at Finest City Homes, Leslie worked as a full-time realtor at Prudential Realty (currently known as Berkshire Hathaway) and Keller Williams. Founded on trust, communication and customer service, the first fifteen years of Leslie's career were built on referrals and word of mouth. In Leslie's eyes, her clients are an extension of her family.
Nowadays, Leslie Peraza spends her days as the lead of the Peraza Team. In addition to Leslie, the team is made up of two full-time realtors (Luis E Peraza II, Angelo Peraza), a full-time assistant, a full-time transaction coordinator, and full-time operations manager.
When asked about her favorite part of being a realtor, Leslie states - "Being a realtor is more than just a career for me - this career is my passion. I love the ever-changing nature of the real estate market. Everyday brings new challenges, and I thrive on finding solutions to make my client's dream a reality. Beyond the deals and negotiation, what truly makes my job special are the relationships I've built over the years. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing the joy on a client's face when they find "the one" or helping someone take that first step into homeownership. It's a privilege to be a part of such a significant moment in people's lives, and it never gets old. I love what I do so much that it doesn't feel like work - it's simply what I'm meant to do."
For the Peraza Team, it's not about real estate; it's about changing people's lives.
What my clients say!
