Leslie Peraza began her real estate journey at just twenty-five years old, when she purchased her first townhome in San Diego. What started as a personal investment would ultimately become the foundation for a career.
In 2003, Leslie launched her career as a full-time Realtor. Since then, she has helped more than 750 families buy and sell homes throughout San Diego County. From contingent sellers and move-up families to first-time and VA buyers, Leslie has built decades of experience navigating a wide range of markets, property types, and transaction scenarios.
Before leading Peraza Real Estate, Leslie built her career at Prudential Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway, and Keller Williams. The first fifteen years of her business were built almost entirely through referrals and word of mouth—a reflection of the trust, communication, and level of service she brings to every client relationship.
Today, Leslie leads Peraza Real Estate, supported by a team of full-time Realtors and dedicated operations and transaction professionals. She is especially known for her ability to negotiate, solve problems, and bring people together when a transaction becomes difficult. Whether positioning a home for sale or helping a buyer secure the right property, Leslie stays focused on protecting her client’s best interest and finding a path forward.
