Luis earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University, followed by a Master of Business Administration. In March 2020, he began his career as a full-time Realtor and has since helped more than 120 families buy and sell homes throughout San Diego County.

At just twenty-two years old, Luis E. Peraza II purchased his first property—an experience that gave him an early, firsthand understanding of real estate ownership, investment, and the financial impact of making the right move. Since then, he has continued to grow his personal portfolio to three properties and counting.

Today, Luis works full-time with both buyers and sellers, bringing the same mindset he applies to his own investments: know the numbers, understand the market, and never make a move without a strategy. He studies San Diego real estate daily—tracking shifts in value, buyer behavior, inventory, and neighborhood trends—so his clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
