5 Years of Giving Back

Angelo Peraza and Luis Peraza are proud alumni of Parkview Little League here in Chula Vista. Some of our earliest memories, lessons, and friendships were built on those fields, with Leslie Peraza right there as a proud Parkview mom supporting us every step of the way.

One moment we’ll never forget was watching Parkview’s World Series team clinch their spot to Williamsport in the Super Regionals. Being there, surrounded by the community, feeling that energy, it showed us early on what Parkview Little League truly means to Chula Vista.

Now, through Peraza Real Estate, we’ve proudly sponsored Parkview Little League for the past five years.

For us, this isn’t just about supporting a local organization. It’s about staying connected to a community that helped shape who we are. Parkview taught us lessons that still carry into how we serve our clients today as Chula Vista real estate agents.

This year marks our fifth annual Parkview Little League equipment gear swap and drive, something that has become a core part of our involvement.

The idea is simple:

• Families donate baseball gear their kids have outgrown

• Other families come and take whatever they need, free of charge

Gloves, bats, cleats, helmets… it all adds up. And for many families, removing that cost makes it possible for their kids to step onto the field. Being able to support the next generation of players in Chula Vista, especially at the same fields we grew up on, is something we don’t take lightly.
